One of the most beautiful scenes I think Sam has ever had is when he tells Dean he's got it, and he's standing in front of the pit, arms stretched out, ready to go, that peaceful look on his face for just a moment - fate accepted.

I really wished so hard that they had this scene in show, that they actually talk about it, what it was like in those moments. Thank you, thank you so much for providing that. I think you nailed it perfectly.
