I love when the physical challenges (and okay, suffering, too!) are obstacles to be overcome – there’s an honest-to-goodness plot and the hurt affects the plot.
This is the first story I've written where H/C was the plot, so I'm glad to know it worked for you. I think in a lot of ways S2 was my favorite, the angst level being one of those ways, and I'm happy you said that I hit it just right. Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks again for the detailed comments.
